EXCERPT FROM BOOK
E- Enough. Beautiful soul, you are enough; mess and all, showing up for your life every day. That’s all you have to be and all you have to do. You’re already enough. Before you can even begin to move forward, you must start from a strong, emotional, secure base of self-worth. If you don’t think or believe that you are deserving of a bold and brilliant existence, then it will never come to pass. In order to be rewarded with the potential for a bright and bold future, you must first believe you are deserving, to the point where you can declare “I am enough.” Make this the title of your “Enoughness Manifesto”. Yes, there are instances where, and people more so, that makes me you feel that you are inadequate and unworthy of anything that is good. And I am aware that these external voices of affirmation are paramount, I am also aware of destructive they are to our own personal growth. The most vital voice is my own internal voice.
It is so important for you to see your beauty, accept yourself, celebrate who you are, and to know that you matter. There will be times when you start to doubt yourself, and it is in these moments that you remember and boldly recite your Manifesto- “I am enough”.
Start the affirming yourself and your worth.
Take a deep breath and say loudly and boldly,
“I am enough”.
It’s time to clean up your life. Surround yourself with people who genuinely love and celebrate you and fills you with positivity.
You are truly enough. Believe it!
Journal: Make a list of the toxic people in your life. Make a note next to their names as to why they are not good for you. Remind yourself of this list as you continue your journey. Continue your Manifesto here. Write out your sentences beginning with the “I AM” prompts. Write as many as you can.
